Srinagar, 27-Sep-2025 : Startup Kashmir successfully conducted its Saturday Mentorship Program yesterday, bringing together a diverse group of emerging startups from the fields of art and fashion. The session aimed at providing guidance, industry insights, and growth strategies to entrepreneurs navigating the dynamic startup ecosystem.
The program was led by Khair ul Nisa Shah, Director of Startup Kashmir and Alson Motors, who served as the chief mentor. Drawing from her extensive experience, she shared valuable perspectives on building sustainable business models, scaling creative ventures, and leveraging innovation to strengthen brand identity.
The participating startups engaged in an interactive exchange of ideas, discussed challenges, and received tailored feedback to help them move forward in their entrepreneurial journey. The group of entrepreneurs discussed the growing concern over the diminishing economic growth in Kashmir and the need of finding sustainable solutions to keep the economy of Kashmir afloat in these challangeing times.
