Srinagar, April 23, 2025 β Shahid Ansari, founder of Startup Kashmir and a prominent entrepreneur and mentor, was invited to speak at the Faculty Development Program on Innovation and Entrepreneurship organized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC).
The program brought together thought leaders, educators, and innovators from across Jammu & Kashmir to discuss strategies for fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation within academic institutions.

Shahid Ansari delivered a session on Lean Startups, highlighting the significance of building efficient, scalable businesses by focusing on customer feedback, rapid experimentation, and minimal resource utilization. His insights resonated with attendees, particularly on how academic institutions can integrate these principles into their entrepreneurship programs to empower students with practical skills.

The Faculty Development Program on Innovation and Entrepreneurship is part of a nationwide initiative to equip educators with the tools and knowledge necessary to promote entrepreneurial thinking and innovation among students.
